In Odoo, accounting is not a separate module where somebody copies what already happened: the entries are born out of the operation itself. A sales invoice, a goods receipt, a payroll run or an employee expense generates its entry with its analytic account already set, and the bank is reconciled with rules that learn from every correction. On that base we build what really frees up hours: automatic reading of supplier invoices and Spanish tax compliance inside the circuit, not glued on at the end.

The entries write themselves

Sales, purchasing, inventory, expenses and payroll each generate their entry with its analytics. Nobody transcribes anything from one system to another, which is where the mismatches that later take weeks to find slip in.

Bank reconciliation with judgment

Imported statements and reconciliation rules that match receipts and payments automatically by amount, reference or partner. What matches, matches alone; what doesn't shows up in a short list you review in minutes.

Supplier invoices, without typing

With our document-reading layer, the invoice comes in by email or as a photo, amounts, taxes and supplier are extracted, and it arrives proposed for review. Your team validates exceptions instead of keying in paper.

Analytic accounts and distributions by project, site, branch or cost center, fed from the original document. Margin by project stops being a month-end estimate.

Questions we get asked

Are Verifactu and the Spanish regulations covered?

Yes, and not loosely: JT Digitalization Suite, from JUMO Technologies S.L., is listed in the Spanish Tax Agency's official register of software approved for certified invoice digitization. Compliance runs inside the circuit, not as a patch at the end.

Do we have to type in supplier invoices?

Not with our document-reading layer: the invoice arrives by email or as a photo, the data is extracted and a draft entry is presented for validation. Base Odoo lets you record them by hand; the saving is precisely in removing that step.

Does the bank reconcile itself?

Largely. Statements are imported and reconciliation rules are defined by amount, reference or contact. Whatever fits is matched automatically and whatever is doubtful stays in a tray to be decided, which is where human eyes actually make sense.

Is Odoo Community enough to run our accounting?

Full accounting needs more than Community brings on its own, and that is where JUMO Community Plus comes in: Enterprise-level finance on top of your Community, with the Spanish certification included and no per-user toll.
