Invoicing is easy. Getting paid is a system.

Any program can issue an invoice. What separates a company that gets paid well from one that chases its customers is everything else: the invoice going out on its own at delivery, the reminder being sent without anyone having to remember, the rep seeing the customer's risk before taking another order, and the payment arriving already reconciled. Odoo ships that machinery out of the box — escalating follow-up notices and SEPA direct debit batches included — and we add the Spanish and Portuguese certification on top.

Electronic, certified invoicing compliant with Spanish regulations, with Verifactu and TicketBAI, and with the Portuguese certification too when you invoice across the border. Approved by the AEAT, not promised in a meeting.

The invoice goes out on its own

From the order, from the delivery note or from the project timesheet, with its taxes, its analytics and its payment terms. And it lands in the customer portal, where they can download and pay it without writing to anyone.

Reminders that escalate

Configurable follow-up levels: after so many days a soft email, later a firm one, then the call assigned to a person with its scheduled activity. You set the tone and the timing; the system supplies the persistence.

Customer risk in plain sight

Credit limit and overdue balance visible on the sales order itself, with a warning or a block. It gets stopped before it becomes a bad debt, which is the only moment when stopping comes cheap.

Payments and debit batches with no glue

SEPA direct debits with their mandates, portal payments and automatic reconciliation against the statement. The payment comes in, matches its invoice and updates the treasury position with no intervention.

The cash picture, in real time

Aged receivables, cash-in and cash-out forecasts and position by customer, always current. Deciding whether you can afford that purchase stops depending on a sheet somebody updated on Tuesday.

Questions we get asked

Are the overdue reminders native or do they have to be built?

They are native: Odoo has follow-up levels with their timing, their email template and the action assigned to a person. We tune them to your commercial policy, because the tone with a ten-year customer is not the tone with a new one.

Can we invoice compliantly in both Spain and Portugal?

Yes: the Spanish certification (with Verifactu and TicketBAI where they apply) and the Portuguese one live side by side in the same installation, each company with its own numbering and requirements. It is one of the few places where JUMO signs both.

Can we stop a customer in arrears from buying more?

Yes: you define a credit limit per customer and Odoo warns or blocks on order confirmation, whichever you decide. The rep sees the overdue balance on the same screen where they are selling.

And direct debits?

They are handled with SEPA mandates per customer and batches generated from the open invoices. The file is uploaded to the bank and the payment comes back reconciled against its invoice with no manual work.
